At Whale-Phin Guest House is one of the best spots on the Garden Route for land-based whale watching, come and see the whales close to the shore. When you are tired of soaking in the sun or playing in the waves explore the abundance of sea life in the rocks pools near Whale-Phin.


Surf at Mossel Bay’s prime surfing spots, just to mention a few; Outer Pool and Inner Pool at The Point, Diaz Beach, etc. Learn to surf under supervision of your coach the S.A champ 2008 and surfer of the event, 2009 S.A masters champ, S.A junior team coach 2009 and 2011, S.A team 2011 = 25th at the World Surfing Games.
