Reservations are completed through NightsBridge or through direct communication with Whalephin. The rates, cancellation rules, payment terms and conditions displayed or confirmed during booking apply to that reservation.
3. Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, reviewing the reservation details and complying with confirmed property policies and reasonable house rules.
4. External services and links
The website may link to booking, mapping and social platforms operated by third parties. Whalephin does not control those services or their separate terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Whalephin name, website text, design and property photography may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Availability of the website
The website may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn temporarily. A website interruption does not alter an existing confirmed reservation.
